Single-family dwelling building
Single-family dwellings are a freestanding residential building usually occupied by one family or household and consist of one dwelling unit or suite. The Subsidiary will offer construction services to land developers, homebuilders and aspiring homeowners to build single detached residential buildings.
Multiple dwelling building
A multiple dwelling building includes any building, or any portion of the building, which contains three or more dwelling units. The Subsidiary will offer construction services to developers of apartments and condominiums.
Construction Project Management
The Subsidiary will offer professional services that provide effective management of the project’s schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope and function. The Subsidiary will collaborate with the subcontractors for engineering design, procurement and construction to ensure coordination of project activities.

The Parent Company started its operations as a second-hand contractor in the field of excavation, landscaping, building and road construction in various parts of Fars province.
